Return & Exchange Policy
We take great care in crafting and inspecting every YTD product before dispatch. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is mandatory.
Non-Returnable Items:
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Customised or personalised products
Items purchased during clearance or sale
Process:
Contact us at support@ytdjewellery.com with your order ID and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and share the return pickup details.
Once received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Damaged/Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please share photos within 24 hours of delivery for a quick replacement or refund.
Note: Shipping fees for returns (except damaged products) will be borne by the customer.
